“My first impression while reading this book was “How could anyone be so honest with her addictions and humanity?”. Lynn’s ability to share allows the reader to consider their own reality with honesty and without shame. The tools she shares empowered me to take the next step towards a healthier life. A lot of books will make one think…this book gave me the means to change those thoughts.” Elizabeth Ueland
